Pure Profit of £85,000 Over 5 Years

propertyOn the right is a property that Doug and Mesud are “babysitting” – as they like to call it – in Gravesend, Kent.

What this means is that they haven’t actually paid ANY money for this property.

Instead, they’ve agreed to “babysit” the property and the mortgage for an owner who was no longer able to afford his mortgage payments, and wanted a way out, WITHOUT having his home repossessed (and having to deal with the stress and stigma that this might bring)…

So Doug and Mesud took over payments on his mortgage.

They found a buyer (which was incredibly easy thanks to how their system works) and received a £25,000 deposit from the new buyer, upon exchange of contracts!

The buyer then moved into his new home, but instead of paying the bank a monthly mortgage payment (because he was unable to get a mortgage) he instead pays Doug and Mesud, which once the mortgage payment has been taken into account, amounts to a £750 MONTHLY PROFIT for them!

This particular deal has already been in place for 2 years, and Doug and Mesud expect that the arrangement in total will last for 5 years.

Now, if you take a monthly income of £750 over 5 years…

That’s a PROFIT Of £45,000, just from the monthly instalments alone, and when you add that to the original upfront deposit of £25,000, that’s a pretty good return on a £1 investment!
